How to report a safety concern

If the issue is tied to a poll, use the in-app report option on that poll when available. If the concern involves a profile, username, comment, impersonation, or any broader child-safety issue, contact support by email and include as much detail as you can.

Helpful details to include

  • A direct link to the poll or profile, if available
  • The username or display name involved
  • Screenshots or other context that helps us review faster
  • A short explanation of why the content or behavior may put a child at risk

What we may do

  • Review reported content and related account activity
  • Remove or restrict violating content
  • Suspend or permanently ban accounts involved in serious abuse
  • Preserve relevant records and escalate to appropriate authorities or service providers where required by law or necessary for safety review

Parents and guardians

If you believe a child has been targeted, impersonated, exposed to exploitative content, or has shared personal data on threeVote, contact support immediately so we can review and take action.

Emergency situations

If a child may be in immediate danger, contact your local law enforcement or emergency services first. Email support after urgent authorities have been contacted so we can review the platform activity.
