By accessing, browsing, registering for, or using threeVote in any way, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all policies incorporated herein by reference. Your continued use of the platform constitutes ongoing acceptance of any updates to these Terms. If you do not agree to these terms in their entirety, you must immediately cease using the service.
threeVote is a community voting platform where users can participate in and create polls, cast votes, leave comments, and submit suggestions on daily, weekly, and monthly topics. The service is provided as-is, and we reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue it at any time without notice.
You may create an account using Google, Apple, or a magic-link email. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account, whether or not authorised by you. You must not share your login credentials or allow any other person to use your account.
You agree to use threeVote only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others. You must not submit, post, upload, or transmit any content — including but not limited to poll questions, poll options, comments, suggestions, profile information, GIFs, stickers, images, or other media references — that: (a) is offensive, abusive, defamatory, threatening, discriminatory, or hateful toward any individual or group; (b) contains or promotes harassment, bullying, or personal attacks; (c) incites violence, hatred, or illegal activity; (d) is sexually explicit or exploitative; (e) infringes any intellectual property, privacy, or other rights; (f) constitutes spam, misinformation, or deliberate manipulation of voting results; (g) violates any applicable local, national, or international law or regulation. Violation of these rules may result in immediate content removal, account suspension, or permanent banning.
threeVote is an open platform where users may create polls, cast votes, post comments, submit suggestions, and attach or reference media. You remain solely and fully responsible for all content you submit, post, upload, reference, or transmit through the service, including its legality, accuracy, ownership, safety, and consequences. We do not endorse or assume responsibility for the accuracy, legality, appropriateness, completeness, or reliability of any user-generated content — including poll questions, poll options, vote results, comments, uploaded or linked media, or community suggestions. Poll results and comments reflect the personal opinions of participating users only and do not constitute professional, legal, medical, financial, or any other form of advice. threeVote acts solely as a neutral technical intermediary. We reserve the right, but are under no obligation, to remove, limit, hold for review, or modify any user-generated content that we determine, at our sole discretion, violates these Terms or is otherwise objectionable. The existence of any content on the platform does not imply our approval of it.
We reserve the right to review, edit, refuse to publish, or remove any user-generated content at any time without prior notice. We also reserve the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that we reasonably believe has violated these Terms, caused harm to other users, or brought the platform into disrepute. Decisions regarding content removal or account termination are made at our sole discretion and are final. We are not obligated to provide reasons for moderation decisions and assume no liability for any loss or damage resulting from such actions.
You agree to fully indemnify, defend, and hold harmless threeVote, its operators, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in connection with: (a) any content you submit, post, upload, reference, or transmit through the platform, including polls, comments, suggestions, images, GIFs, stickers, or other media; (b) your violation of these Terms of Service; (c) your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property, privacy, publicity, or personality rights; or (d) any harm caused to another user or third party as a result of your actions on the platform. This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your account or these Terms.
All content, trademarks, and data on this platform are the property of threeVote or its licensors. You may not reproduce or redistribute any part of the service without written permission. By submitting content to the platform, you represent that you have the rights required to do so and grant threeVote a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide licence to host, process, review, moderate, reproduce, and display that content as part of operating and protecting the service.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, threeVote, its operators, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the service; (b) any user-generated content — including polls, votes, comments, or suggestions — created or submitted by any user, including content that is offensive, harmful, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable; (c) any errors or inaccuracies in poll results or comments; (d) any unauthorised access to or use of our servers or any personal information stored therein; or (e) any interactions between users on or off the platform. The service is provided without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim, if any.
We may update these terms from time to time. We will indicate the date of the most recent update at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
